This is a part time role working 23 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
As a Staff Nurse you will be responsible for providing care to
people admitted to our ward for rehabilitation. We work closely as a
multi-disciplinary team. Our focusispromoting the comfort and
wellbeing of patients, enablingthemto live as independently as
possible. Malvern is a small but friendly team to work with. As a team we
encourage ongoing learning and development through reflection and clinical
supervision which we try and embed in our daily practice. Our nurses are
required to facilitate the day to day running of the ward, administering
medications, working alongside all members of the MDT as well as patients,
their families and carers to provided 24/7 rehabilitation to enable the highest
level of independence and quality of life. Our nurses are required to attend
meetings as needed such as MDT and CHC or Discharge Planning.
