We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Administrator 37.5 hours per week over 5 days over a 7 day period, in our busy Neighbourhood Team, where you will be based in a central location in Worcester City.
This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that requires a proactive and adaptable approach. The successful candidate will demonstrate a calm and professional demeanor, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, along with a sound understanding of the Data Protection Act and the NHS Code of Conduct.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical for managing telephone enquiries from patients, their families, and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and agencies. The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism is vital to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

Main duties of the job
You will be part of the busy administration team supporting the Neighbourhood Team including nursing staff, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and our mental health liaison nurse.
You will undertake a vital role in supporting the team with administration duties including telephone calls from patients, their families and professionals. Monitoring email inboxes and supporting all our clinical staff. Also supporting our on-line dressings systems in processing orders.
A key requirement of the role is the ability to prioritise a demanding workload, work flexibly, and meet tight deadlines. You will also need to be highly organised, self-motivated, and an effective team player.
