Job summary
Are you an ambitious, values-driven senior leader who places patients at the centre of transformation? We`re seeking a dynamic Director of Patient Experience, Digital & Innovation to join our Executive Team, act as Trust CIO and SIRO, and lead a programme of compassionate, digitally enabled change across our services.
You will be an Executive Director and Board-level champion for patient experience, health inequalities, digital innovation and information governance. You will lead the Trust`s digital and innovation strategy (including AI), oversee IT, telecoms and cyber security, act as Senior Information Risk Owner, and drive quality improvement and personalisation across services. Youll strengthen community and patient engagement, embed co production and ensure digital programmes deliver value, inclusion and better outcomes.
An innovator to the core, you will seek out any opportunities that digital and innovation can offer to enable us to move forward at pace to deliver against our national and local strategic objectives. You will be a passionate advocate of the values that will shape our future NHS, recognising that the future will be about relational skills, driving integration, embedding personalisation and putting co-production the heart of the way we deliver our services. Alongside this, you will lead our health inequalities agenda, ensuring that our services are inclusive and responsive to the needs of our diverse patients and communities.
Main duties of the job
In addition to your specific portfolio responsibilities and as a member of the Board, you will serve as an ambassador for the Trust and its values, demonstrating leadership and integrity in all aspects of your role. As part of the Executive Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the strategic direction of the organisation and delivering our organisational plan.
