Job summary
We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic person who has excellent personal assistant, organisational, administrative and interpersonal skills, and a high level knowledge of Microsoft Office software, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
You will need to be organised with the ability to manage competing demands on a daily basis.
The role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, including diary management, email management and providing a comprehensive secretarial service.

Main duties of the job
Diary and Meeting Coordination: Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and ensure effective time management for senior staff.
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on actions to support key meetings.
Confidential Administrative Support: Handle sensitive and complex information with discretion.
Email and Workflow Management: Prioritise and respond to emails, support with day to day issues, and maintain smooth administrative operations.
Collaborative Working: Work closely with other Personal Assistants in the SDU to coordinate priorities, share best practices, and support seamless workflow across the team.
