Due to two growth &
expansion of the within the Wellbeing & Emotional Support Teams (WEST)
admin team we are now seeking a permanent part time administer to join this fantastic service as we prepare
to expand our service further.
The WEST team are a forward
thinking, supportive & hardworking team that is continuously expanding and
developing as individuals and a service. We provide high quality evidence-based
interventions to Children & Young People in Schools.
We are seeking to appoint an administrator
to work in South Worcestershire,
alongside colleagues based in North Worcestershire and Herefordshire . The
teams are very supportive of each other and encourages a sharing & learning
culture, which makes the environment in WEST a great place to work.
We will provide you with
resources to develop & progress should this be something you wish to do, as
well as flexibility and a wealth of support.

This is a part time role working 22.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job
We are an
expanding service and at times the role can be busy. You will be delivering
valuable support to the WEST teams, based across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
There may be some cross locality working
thus flexibility is required.
A key part
of your role will be answering emails & phone calls from parents and/or
schools in a confidential & sensitive manner as well supporting clinicians
with the allocation & organisation of appointments.
You will
provide a full range of administrative support to the whole team which includes
typing, taking notes at team meetings as well as inputting patient information
on our Electronic Patient Record Systems.
A good
working knowledge of Excel is essential as well as knowledge of a range of administrative
procedures, including Microsoft Word applications. You must have excellent communication,
prioritisation & organisational skills as well putting CYPF best interests
at the centre of everything you do.

- Educated to academic Level 3 (e.g.: A-Level, NVQ3, OCR/RSA3, City and Guilds 3) in a Business/ Administration related subject or Educated to academic Level 2 (e.g. GCSE Grade A-C) with considerable recent NHS administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant level 3 qualification on appointment to post
