You will also work closely with the Operational Manager to develop and maintain robust and efficient processes within all areas of the service. Data collection, reporting and data quality is also a key part of this role.

The successful candidate will be expected to plan their work to enable them to spend time in each of the staff bases across the county to provide face-to-face support to administrators. You will offer regular 1:1 meetings and facilitate peer support sessions for the admin team.

We envisage that this new role will be busy and varied and will require the post holder to have a flexible approach and a calm, professional manner. The ability to work accurately whilst multi-tasking is essential. A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills are a must.
