Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to support the Health and Safety Team and Legal Team based at 2 Kings Court, Worcester.

The post would suite applicants with a level 3 qualification in a Business Administration or somebody with considerable recent NHS administration experience.

This is a permanent part time post working 21 hours per week over 3 days from Monday to Friday. Working schedule can be agreed with successful applicant.

An ability to work flexibly using your own initiative and to be a pro-active team member is essential. You must have good organisational skills and be an effective communicator. The work is interesting and varied and training and support will be provided.

Please note the Trust is unable to provide sponsorship to work for this role, to apply you must have current right to work in the UK status.

Main duties of the job

You will be supporting two teams, the Health and Safety and Legal Teams, providing them with all aspects of admin support, including diary management, organising meetings, minute taking, handling telephone and email enquiries, processing letters, updating databases and spreadsheets and processing invoices. You are required to have a high level of computer and organisational skills, be self-motivated and a team player. The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work flexibly to meet the demands of the teams is an essential requirement of the role as well as good communication skills when dealing with internal and external enquiries.
