An exciting opportunity to join our highly motivated and innovative team based in Bromsgrove

We are looking for a professional, reliable and enthusiastic administrator to work within the Childrens Speech and Language Therapy Service based at Catshill Clinic in Bromsgrove.

We are a well-established team offering a range of services across Worcestershire. The successful applicant will carry out administrative and clerical duties required by our team of therapists and assistants, helping to ensure the smooth day to day running of the service.

As a county wide speech and language therapy team, we offer:

This is full time post, but we would consider applicants looking for part time.

Main duties of the job

Duties include undertaking office and secretarial tasks in relation to the service including entering information onto Rio, our patient record system; phone calls; photocopying; laminating; dealing with the post and dealing with the delivery of orders. In addition, the postholder will be responsible for data collection and analysis in relation to statutory assessments and waiting times.

We are looking for a good team player who can be flexible and a supportive member of the team.

The successful post holder will be organised, a good communicator, able to answer and deal with face to face and telephone enquiries from service users in a friendly and courteous manner.
