Organisational Development Practitioner - Induction & Training

Job summary

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and empowering practitioner to drive, support and shape our agenda, with a specific focus on induction and learning and development, enabling the Trust to become a fantastic place to work.

You will be at the forefront of helping to shape our people, teams and culture to enable and empower our staff to have a fantastic experience of working at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care Trust and supporting the delivery of safe and compassionate care for all.

You will be able to work flexibly and autonomously, working alongside and collaboratively with a broad range of colleagues, both within the Trust and within the wider health and care community and partners.

This is full time post, but we would consider applicants looking for part time.

Main duties of the job

  • Be responsible for leading on the delivery of a highly effective induction process.
  • Oversight and responsibility for the Trusts Annual Training Plan.
  • Oversight of the provision and support for the management of Trust-wide e-learning content and products.
  • Provide audit and assurance to the Trust and external agencies of appropriate use of external funding.
  • Ensuring all learning, development and other interventions available through the team is of a high standard and quality.
  • To chair the Trust-wide Learning, Education and Training Group

  • Evidence of continuing professional development in advanced Communication and relationship skills
