Job summary
We are looking to recruit a passionate, engaging, and dynamic individual to work in the Quality and Patient Safety Team, leading the service delivery and operational development of Patient Safety. The role includes embedding the Patient Safety Incident Response Policy and Plan across the organisation, incident management, patient safety training and staff management. The role is full timeand involves hybrid working, with the base being at Trusts Headquarters in Worcester. The ability to travel to other sites for meetings, training or service needs is also required.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will:
Manage the Trusts Patient Safety Team.
Lead on incident management processes.
Produce monthly reports for corporate and service delivery units integrated governance processes
Promote the Patient Safety agenda across the Trust.
Work with the Patient Safety Specialists to embed the Trusts Patient Safety Strategy.
Work alongside Clinical Effectiveness and Patient Relations to align workstreams.
Work with system partners, stakeholders and the wider NHS. This is to share learning, inform service development and be aware of new and emerging policy and guidance.
