Job summary
This is a part time post working 15 hours per week over 2 days.
We are looking for someone with
administrative background together with competent Microsoft Skills to support
the Oral Health Improvement (OHI) Team in Hereford. This is a new post, from
additional investment, to cover Herefordshire, working alongside the Worcestershire
OHI Team and will sit within the Consultant Led Worcestershire Community Dental
Service.
You
will be resourceful, enthusiastic and an excellent communicator enabling you to
offer a capable, professional approach to both our staff and external
organisations.
Accuracy,
attention to detail and a systematic approach will be valuable attributes.
There
may be a need to travel to other locations within Herefordshire and
Worcestershire to attend service training and meetings, therefore the ability to travel is essential.

Main duties of the job
Within this role, you will work closely
with the Oral Health Promotion Officer. You will provide a high-quality,
professional administration service including formatting of PowerPoint
presentations to ensure that training resources are updated and readily
available for the OHI Team. You will also work closely with
other healthcare professionals within Herefordshire to arrange oral health
training sessions.
