Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Appointments Co-Ordinator to join the Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners Team, providing administrative support to both our patients and Advanced Physiotherapists.
The successful applicant will be based at Evesham Community Hospital where there will be an opportunity to learn all different aspects of administrative work within this service as part of a dynamic, caring and supportive appointments team.
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic candidate with good inter-personal, communication skills, have good administrative and organisational skills, be reliable and provide a confidential, quality service.
This post is a permanent full time post but will consider a part time post on a job share to fulfil the full time hours. We are able to offer some flexibility with days.

Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role include:
- Arrange and confirm appointments with patients and clinicians within the Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner Service as required.
- Ensure appointment letters and other relevant documentation are sent out in a timely manner.
- Liaise between clients, professional staff and other multi-agency partners as required
- Answer and engage with telephone enquiries.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Undertake administration duties that are specific to the role.
- Undertake general office duties, as required, e.g. typing, data inputting, filing, scanning/copying and telefaxing, in line with Trust Policies and Procedures.
