community crisis services to children and young people covering a large
geographical area. No two days are the same, so flexibility, problem solving
skills and a desire to make a difference are vital for this role. It is essential you have excellent IT Skills
and a knowledge of NHS IT Systems such as Care Notes is beneficial.
You will provide all administrative duties for the team,
including letters, appointments, telephone calls, as well as responding
effectively to enquiries from the public, service users, other agencies.
Please note the Trust will not provide

in the UK status.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will
need to have proven experience working within a fast-paced environment,
demonstrate a flexible approach, with the ability to manage workload and
maintain professionalism during busy periods.
A typical days duties will
involve undertaking general administration/secretarial duties that are specific
to the Herefordshire and Worcestershire CAMHS community crisis Team.
Manage incoming and outgoing
emails and letters/correspondence.
You will require excellent
communication skills, as you will often be the first point of contact for the
service answering to telephone enquiries and arranging appointments for those
accessing and referring to the service.
Other duties include
undertaking general office duties, as required, e.g., typing, data inputting,
filing, scanning/copying, in line with Trust Policies and Procedures.
Arranging, confirming
appointments and meetings, making appropriate arrangements e.g. hospitality,
booking venues, equipment, etc.
