Job summary
Do you want a rewarding career, where you can make a difference? This is an exciting opportunity for people looking for a career in healthcare, who have little or no formal care work experience to train as a Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW).
It`s important that you`re a caring and kind person with a genuine desire to help and support patients and their families. If this sounds like you, then you already have the attributes that make a great HCSW.

We have vacancies for HCSW`s within our community hospitals and mental health inpatient units across Worcestershire.
On completion of the four weeks training and experience, flexible working opportunities are available to discuss, with part time posts available from a minimum of 22.5 hours.
Please see the attached New to Care fact Sheet for more information and application support.
