We are a innovative and collaborative
neighbourhood team, looking for the ideal candidate to work within our friendly
administrative team.
The working duties will consist of 37.5
contractual hours per week on a Monday to Friday basis, alongside regular
weekend working, with a ratio of one weekend per month. This will be rostered 3
months ahead of time.
The applicant will be based at the
Neighbourhood Team hub, based at Droitwich Medical Centre.
Main duties of the job
Undertake
administration duties that are specific to the main duties of the role.
Provide
support as required to the Administration Manager and the wider Neighbourhood
Team.
The applicant
will be an integral part of the administrative team, which provides a full
administrative function for the clinical staff by maintaining the patient
record system, answering telephone calls, emails, tasks, having direct contact
with clinicians and patients.
Obtain and
retrieve records, as requested, liaising with patients, staff, health
professionals or outside agencies, in accordance with local and national policy
in the context of information governance and GDPR.
Complete
delegated tasks in a timely and efficient manner, whilst taking responsibility
for own workload.
