Job summary

Our IT Training Department has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Team. Youll be working 37.5 hours a week and based at our HQ in Worcester.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident, and experienced Administrator who has a proven track record of working in a busy IT Training department. The Training Team deliver a wide range of Training Courses using a blended learning approach and provide support to all our colleagues throughout Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

This role is a pivotal role in the department and requires strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, if this describes you and are interested in joining a highly motivated team who are dedicated in providing high quality IT Training to all users of our digital systems, please apply.

Main duties of the job

As an Administrator in the Training Team you will:

  • Answering basic queries and planning training sessions
  • Co-ordinating relevant diaries
  • Manage users on the LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Responsible for the IT Training Generic Mailbox
  • Responsible for sending communications regarding Training availability and Tips
  • Key point of contact for the Training Team and provide support to the Training Team and IT Training Manager
  • Monitor feedback forms for Training Delivery
