Job summary
Worcestershire Community Dental
services is a county wide service seeing patients on a referral basis, our
patients have additional needs such as medically compromised, phobia's, special
needs, autism, looked after adults and children. We are looking for a Qualified
Dental nurse who is also friendly, reliable, understanding individual who wants
to make a difference to the dental care we deliver to our patients. We cover
dentistry in patients homes, hospitals and clinic based. We offer treatment via
sedation, local and general anaesthetics. You will work alongside consultants
and specialists and highly experienced dental clinicians, therapists, nurses
and receptionists. In our most recent CQC evaluation the community dental team
were rated outstanding for caring.

Main duties of the job
Your
primary responsibility will be to provide clinical support in a wide range of
treatments for a broad client base, extended duties would be a distinct
advantage but not essential. We would like you to have a welcoming and positive
approach for our patients and be an upbeat and reliable member of the team, be
able to work well in challenging situations and maintain excellent cross
infection.
We are offering full or part time hours, our clinical sessions run Monday to Friday 8:45 to 12.30 and 13.15 to 17.00.
