The Evesham, Broadway, Bredon and Inkberrow (EBBI) Neighbourhood
Team is a friendly, fun loving, and hardworking team who are looking for an
enthusiastic individual to join us in Evesham.
We are looking for a senior community nurse who is innovative and
keen to join the team in supporting us to deliver high quality care. We are looking for someone who is excited by
change and is keen to help shape a new way of delivering nursing care in the
community. We work closely with our GPs and other primary care services,
drawing on the skills of our MDT colleagues to ensure our services are as
responsive and patient centred as possible.

Main duties of the job
The role will require:
- The ability to communicate effectively
with others at all levels

service delivery need across the local area.
The service operates from 7:30-18:30, Monday to Sunday including bank
holidays.

Your typical working day will
include home visits for adults over 18 years needing a range of nursing
interventions. As a Band 6 you will
oversee a caseload of patients and assist in decision making regarding their
care. You will also be required to support junior staff to a high standard.
