Job summary
We are looking for a friendly, patient focused and efficient person or
persons to join our team at Worcestershire
Community Dental Service based in Evesham on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The position is for 37.5 hrs. per week working Monday Friday 08.45-5pm
with a 45 min lunch break. There may be a requirement to cross cover other
clinics across Worcestershire as and when required.
Provide general assistance to the dental team and project a positive and
friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the
telephone.
We use a dental system called Soel Health.

as requested
- Maintain
filing systems manual and computerised
- Complete
daily/weekly and monthly banking procedures

- Educated to academic Level 2 (e.g. GCSE Grade A-C, NVQ2, OCR/RSA2, City and Guilds 2) in a Business Administration-related subject or considerable recent NHS administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant level 2 qualification on appointment to post
