Job summary
An opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the MSK Admin Team to support the delivery of MSK Physio Service as Call Operator/back office work with Reception duties across MSK Service Sites. Applicants to demonstrate evidence of their organisational skills, be a committed team player and the ability to prioritize their own workload well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. Requires high levels of telephone and face to face skills and communication. Good IT skills are essential. Knowledge of SystmOne booking system (desirable) and excellent customer service. The role will support the service delivery of the MSK Physio department from 07:30am to 17:00pm, Mon to Fri. The successful applicant must be flexible, adaptable, and have a willingness to embrace change as and when required. The ability to use initiative when dealing with unexpected situations is an advantage. A proactive person to do extra mile/flexible working across 2 Teams
Main duties of the job
HRCH provide a wide range of healthcare services for the population of Hounslow and Richmond. Services provided Therapy clinic-based along virtual services. To support clinical services to be efficient, the Admin service is split into a central referral and appointment and a reception Service. Post holder will provide a high-quality customer service and comprehensive administration service and an efficient referral/appointment management service via an electronic patient database system to ensure the smooth running of clinical service deliver.
- Call operator duties of 5 hrs per day
- Back office to process referrals/booking include interpreters and transport bookings using S1 and ERS systems.
- Reception duties across MSK Services Sites. General admin duties
- Dealing with medical record request using GDPR law.
- Undertake housekeeping of waiting lists to ensure all discharges are completed in line with standard procedures
- Provide cross cover for Admin to ensure all services are provided an efficient and effective
