Job summary

This role is open internally only for candidates from Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust.

Band 3 - Salary £24,071 - £25,674 ( Pro- rata)

Hours:Part-time (minimum of 28 hours per week) or Full-time (maximum of 37.5 hours per week).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with a high level of organisational, communication and administrative skills.

Main duties of the job

You will be part of a dynamic team who are responsible for supporting the delivery of all elements of the Trust strategy and specific programmes and projects. The team also ensures that the appropriate frameworks and processes are in place to co-ordinate and manage the annual operational / business planning process.

This is a permanent opportunity for an engaging, motivated person who has the ability to work unsupervised, providing high quality and effective clerical and administrative support to the Planning and Strategy Team. The single corporate service is delivered across both organisation. You may be based at either IWT or PHU and individuals may be required to undertake business travel between sites. For leaders managing staff across multi-site locations, you will need to be visible and provide in person leadership. The arrangements and frequency will be agreed locally.
