Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities :
The post holder will provide administrative support involved in HR investigation processes, such as minute taking, writing formal invite letters, organising/printing hearing packs, coordinating diaries and making arrangements for formal hearings. Further responsibilities include supporting HR committees by producing agendas and taking minutes, maintaining policy trackers, updating HR policies and procedures, and assisting with arrangements for investigation meetings and formal hearings.
The post holder will be required to record accurate minutes during complex investigations, maintain detailed records of support provided to managers, and handle communication queries on behalf of the team. Additionally, the role involves general office management support, allocation and follow-up of queries, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the Employee Relations Team within the Trusts.
The post requires the ability to work on own initiative and to liaise effectively.
