- Good standard of secondary education equivalent to 5 GCSEs.
- Experience of working in a team.
- Relevant experience preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to use Word, Email, and Hospital IT systems.

- Standard key board skills.
- Call handling and speaking with patients/customers.
