Job summary
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Craftsperson who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards "great people, great place".
We have a new opportunity to join our team and use your knowledge and skills of diagnostics, repairs and testing. If you have good organisational skills, are able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and have a commitment to customer care, then this could be the perfect role for you.
Your contracted hours will normally be worked over 5 days per week, however the role does require participation in the on-call rota, for which additional payments will apply.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will service, test, calibrate, diagnose, and repair faults, most, of which are non-routine and can be of a complex nature on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment.
The work will include (but not be limited to) engineering distribution systems, heating, water, gas, ventilation, MGPS, building controls, steriliser / decontamination equipment, boiler controls, lifts, pneumatic systems etc.
