This is a key role to support the management and development of business, project, and performance for Medicines Optimisation directorate-wide activities, working with clinical leads and multi-disciplinary teams contributing to the Trust and wider Islands health and social care partnerships.
Responsible for ensuring effective business support is delivered through the monitoring of highly complex and sensitive data for the improvement of Trust directorate-wide medicines optimisation activities.
Comprehensive responsibility for managing, maintaining, and developing the Trust directorate-wide medicines optimisation systems.
Monitors a broad range of complex investment projects with autonomy in plan formulation, investment, and strategies for implementation; followed by monitoring of the new ways of collaborative working.
Supporting the Chief Pharmacist and Associate Director Medicines Optimisation with the development of business plans, capital bids, SLAs (service level agreements), rotational sessional staffing and specific for the expansion of joint working collaboration with other NHS Trusts and Commissioners.
