Job summary

We are recruiting for a Learning, Education and Development Assistantwho wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. We are looking to recruit someone with administrative and reception experience, who also has the knowledge, skills and values to support us with the provision and coordination of Learning, Education and Development for our people.

You will be a self-motivated individual who can provide highly effective administrative support to the Learning, Education and Development Team. The role will involve undertaking the comprehensive administration of internal learning and development activity, ensuring a high-quality standard in all aspects of the role.

This is a demanding but rewarding role that would best suit a self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude, who is passionate about learning. The post holder will also have a good working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft office applications and web-based systems, with a keen eye for detail.

Proposed interview dates: 30th & 31st August 2023

Please note, this vacancy is for 35 hours per week and therefore the salary will be pro-rata.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will report to the Internal Education Manager as part of the Internal Training team as part of the Learning, Development and Careers pillar.

The main responsibilities of the post holder will be to work with the Internal Training team to provide high quality, efficient and effective Learning, Education & Development Activities in relation to the Learning, Development and Careers Delivery Plan.
