This post is a pivotal support role for the Employee Relations Team and the Workforce Information Team within the People Services function.
Main responsibilities will involve reviewing and updating employee data across the Trust and input into workforce information system but will also support the Employee Relations team in providing advice and support to managers and employees on policies and procedures, and terms and conditions of service.
The role is very varied and provides a good opportunity to expand working knowledge across people services in the NHS.
The role would suit individuals who feel competent in working closely with our managers and employees to resolve employment related queries and to be able to work as part of the wider people services team to provide a highly responsive service.
The role will involve working from home as well as attendance in the office or other Trust sites. It is essential that the successful candidate can fulfil the travel requirements of the post.
Main duties of the job
A key responsibility during the duration of the contract will be to undertake a data verification exercise of workforce information across the Trust as directed and be responsible for gathering and recording information to ensure the accurate recording into workforce information systems.
The successful applicant will be highly organised and able to prioritise workload and have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to sensitively deal with stakeholders at all levels.
