Job summary

We are recruiting for a Cardiology Rehabilitation Nurse who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards "great people, great place".

We are a small team of Cardiac Nurses, Physio and Assistants delivering a comprehensive cardiac rehab programme to patients and their families.

As part of the team you will work closely with colleagues around the planning and delivery of cardiac rehab services to patients with a variety of cardiac conditions.

We offer family friendly hours in a supportive, modern working environment.

Training can be provided in terms of BACPR if required
