Job summary

Full Time Position to cover a Monday - Friday 08:30 - 19:00 service.

This is an exciting time in the Ophthalmology service Isle of Wight, as we are reviewing our services in line with the elective recovery program and Getting It Right First-Time program, to ensure we are delivering excellent quality care to those patients with Ophthalmic conditions requiring conservative and surgical management, and those requiring emergency care.

Main duties of the job

Our services include emergency referrals from the Emergency Department, urgent care centre and GPs, Ophthalmology outpatient clinics, minor procedures clinics and day surgery through designated Ophthalmic theatres.
