Job summary
We are recruiting for an Apprentice Technician who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards great people, great place.
The successful candidate will be expected to work across the whole of the Isle of Wight working closely with mainland providers. Your will work within the Assistive Technology and Telehealthcare Team to prevent hospital admission and facilitate earlier discharge and reduce the need to move into a care home, by providing technological devices as part of housing support and care arrangements.

The post holder will support the successful implementation and use of Assistive Technology i.e. Telehealth, Telecare and Telemedicine within different services, focussing on Primary Care and collaborating with Community Services, social services and acute settings.
