Job summary
Seven Hills Research Clinic is a new clinic, which is part of the RDU, and specialises in supporting people with mood disorders and/or anxiety to take part in research. The clinic is funded by Mental Health Translational Research Collaboration - Mission (MHTRC-M) and is set up to accept referrals from both professional services and self-referrals.
As a Research Delivery Support Officer, you will play an important role in the development of the service. The Research Delivery Support Officer is a key role within the Seven Hills Research Clinic. The post holder will work alongside our dedicated research staff in clinical and non-clinical areas to support referrals into the clinic. This may also include supporting commercial and non commercial studies. They will also be responsible for the collection and collation of data both from study participant source data and that which is required for internal and external reports and key performance indicators.
Main duties of the job
o Work with members of the Seven Hills Research Team and the wider RDU team to ensure necessary quality standards for both the clinic and research delivery are being adhered to.
o Support individual members of the team with a variety of administrative and research activities, including site file management and the updating and maintenance of accurate up to date study documentation in a timely manner.
o Accurately enter data on a variety of study web-based platforms.
o Liaise with the team and other services involved in individual research study delivery.
o Collate information to send to other professional teams to support and maintain up to date patient care.
