Senior Practitioner in Urgent and Crisis

Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Practitioner to join the Urgent and Crisis service The U&C offer a City wide 7 day - 24 hours a day service - including Bank Holidays

The post holder shall work closely with the leadership team to provide leadership, clinical expertise and supervisory support.

Main duties of the job

This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities and in discussion with the manager the postholder may be required to undertake other duties which fall within the Banding of the post. The job description will be reviewed regularly in the light of changing service requirements and any such changes will be discussed with the post holder.

Provide a clinical/practice overview and input into the team. The post holder will provide a senior clinical and day to day managerial leadership role within the service. The post holder will be an integral part of the leadership/ management structure, developing practice, practitioners & team functioning.
