The closing date is 09 June 2025

Job summary

We're looking for a creative, tenacious, accomplished and kind communications expert who can help us join up our story telling across internal and external audiences, advise our executive leaders on engaging busy teams and colleagues with vital organisational change, and demonstrate the case-clinching evidence that communications expertise is a key part of NHS business.

You will play a key role in helping deliver Trust-wide campaigns that engage staff in improving safety and performance, reduce disparities in health care and outcomes, and build an authentic sense of belonging and development as staff learn and grow. You will provide both strategic and tactical advice to senior leaders relating to key issues and priorities, so being able to secure trust and confidence from priority customers from day 1 is a must.

In addition to the broader change happening in the NHS and our Trust-specific change programmes, our team is embedding efficiency improvements alongside delivering business as usual, so being comfortable with iterative implementation is a must. We've got a voice at the top table and are determined to use it to live up to the high expectations our community and colleagues have got for us. Come and help us make north London better. Better mental health. Better lives. Better communities.
