Job summary

We are on an inspiring quest to find an Employee Relations Lead who will passionately embark on a strategic journey with us, transforming our employee relations processes into something extraordinary. By fostering a more compassionate and supportive approach to employee relations utilising Just Culture approaches, you will play a vital role in empowering our people managers.

Main duties of the job

You will be a credible, experienced professional who can evidence significant experience within ER.

You will provide effective day to day leadership and line management of our ER team . Ensuring they are fully supported to deliver on our priorities.

A key element of this role will be to provide expert advice to our managers and work with the Head of ER to ensure our KPIs are met.

You will be an approachable, kind, compassionate, inclusive and competent individual; driven to achieve success with the ability to influence, motivate and collaborate.

  • Educated to masters level in a relevant subject or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrable track record of proactively providing excellent HR support to senior managers
  • Experience of advising on a wide range of ER matters
  • Experience of effectively advising on highly complex ER issues with minimal supervision

  • Advanced keyboard skills to prepare investigation meeting notes and investigation reports
