Job summary

The Corporate Nursing Project Lead (fixed term) will lead and the review, development and implementation of projects as prioritised by Corporate Nursing Leads. The role is supported with clinical supervision, collegiate support and learning and development opportunity. Applications are encouraged from health professionals committed to practice development and improved outcomes for service users.

Main duties of the job

The role will lead projects to support Nursing and HCSW staff members' therapeutic relationship skill development, the review and development of international nurse preceptorship programmes and may be requested to support other Corporate Nursing workstreams.
