Job summary

New Personal Assistant roles have been created to provide a high level professional and confidential PA service primarily focussing on the Divisional Triumvirate Leadership Group for a specific operational division (Hospital Division or Camden Borough Division). Working with the Managing Director, Clinical Director and Associate Director of Nursing you will support efficiency in our service delivery.

Main duties of the job

You will have the skills to provide high level administrative supportincluding diary management, organising senior meetings, taking minutes and actions notes, printing and organising documents for meetings, email management and leading on other administrative tasks commensurate with the role.

You will deal with confidential and sensitive information and provide a professional service in keeping with organisational policies and values and assist in managing the competing demands and prioritisation needed at this level.You will be directly line managed by the Managing Director and be supported via regular supervision.
