Job summary
Camden Memory Service is looking for a new Team Manager to provide the leadership and management to our successful service model which provides high quality, timely diagnostic assessment services alongside a post diagnostic support offer from diagnosis to end of life.
We are seeking to recruit a team manager who shares our passion to strive towards excellence in older adult care, with a passion for Dementia, a keen interest in service development and quality improvement, leading on local developments and across wider partnership with focus on performance and maintenance of our trust values where staff and service users feel safe, valued and empowered.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will lead and manage the multi-disciplinary Memory Service. They will be responsible for ensuring that the team understands and operates to the requirements of the service line operational policy and service line strategy and that safe, evidence based, effective, culturally competent care is delivered in a timely manner to service users and carers.
