Job summary
We are looking for a Employee Relations Lead who will undertake a strategic role in supporting the partnership to revolutionise our ER processes and embed a more values based and person-centered approach to how we manage all areas of employee relations case work feeding in to the development of our people managers and HR practitioners.
Main duties of the job
You will be a credible, experienced professional who can evidence significant experience within ER.
You will provide effective day to day leadership and line management of our ER team . Ensuring they are fully supported to deliver on our priorities.
A key element of this role will be to provide expert advice to our managers and work with the Head of ER to ensure our KPIs are met.
You will be an approachable, kind, compassionate, inclusive and competent individual; driven to achieve success with the ability to influence, motivate and collaborate.
