- Related academic qualification or equivalent experience
- High level understanding of key pollicy drivers in MH servives
- Experience working in health or socila care settings
- Group facilitation expereince and skill
- Experience running pt surveys and pt expereince projects

- Able to communicate high level and sensitive information within and external to the Trust
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements
- Highly developed skills and awareness when involved in complex, sensitive or distressing situations
- Critical Appraisal and Analysis skills
