Main duties of the job

To ensure effective logistical Porter, Security and Reception service to Service Users, staff and visitors within ACMH.

Act as hospital receptionist and assist visitors and staff with general enquiries in a calm, cheerful and polite manner, responsible for undertaking assigned porter duties.

Ensure the service meets the needs of the users whilst delivering Trust objectives and service quality standards.
