An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a partnership across West Yorkshire and Barnsley delivering inpatient services for people with learning disabilities. Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust and South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust have come together to provide specialist inpatient care from two units -- the Horizon Centre in Wakefield and the new Najurally Centre (Assessment and Treatment Unit) at Lynfield Mount Hospital in Bradford.
Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust form part of the governance and assurance group to ensure these services work effectively for people in Leeds.

The Najurally Centre seeks kind, compassionate, and motivated individuals who want to make a real difference and deliver high-quality, specialist care close to home for people across West Yorkshire and Barnsley.
We currently have a Senior Nurse (Band 6) post available at the Najurally Centre in Bradford.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of this role include providing and coordinating a high standard of care within the Assessment and Treatment service, acting as a lead practitioner to ensure excellence in care delivery. The post holder will coordinate and conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment programmes, and evaluate outcomes within a multidisciplinary team.
You will support the Ward Manager in staff management, maintaining quality standards, implementing policy, managing change, and driving innovation. Key responsibilities include delegating tasks, ensuring care aligns with Trust policy and NMC guidelines, and promoting best practice.
