Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) team as a Service Administrator/Data Support. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and impactful service that supports people with mental health needs into employment.
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the IPS service, with a focus on data handling, audit, and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about making a difference.

Main duties of the job
- Provide administrative support including document production, stock ordering, and email monitoring.
- Input and manage data on clinical systems and spreadsheets.
- Support audits, service evaluations, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of reports for the IPS Steering Group.
- Maintain effective file management and office systems.
- Communicate with clinicians and health professionals using e-technologies.
- Contribute to service improvement and communication initiatives.
- Support the development of Trust-approved communication materials.
