Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and innovative team member to autonomously serve as a project manager for the implementation of the Oliver McGowan Tier 2 training programme across BDCFT. This role includes ensuring that all activities are meticulously planned and efficiently managed.
You will oversee and facilitate training provision alongside co-trainers with expertise stemming from their experiences as autistic individuals and individuals with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels of management, thereby promoting clear and effective communication.

Main duties of the job
Working independently to project manage and co-ordinate the role out of the Oliver McGowan Tier 2 training programme across BDCFT. This includes taking a lead role in ensuring all activities are well planned and managed effectively.Lead and support the delivery of the training alongside the facilitator .Inbuilding into the programme a continuous improvement approach to ensure the successful delivery of the project objectives and meeting identified KPI's.Will be required to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety ofstakeholders across all levels of management ensuring clear and effective lines of communication.Lead and support expert by experience co-trainers who will be autistic people and people with a learning disability.Work within their scope of competence, referring issues or training needs that they cannot deal with to the appropriate individual(s).
