Job summary

I am delighted to inform you of an exciting opportunity within the Clinical Administration service. The role is a non-patient facing role within the Central Admin Hub, providing support to the Clinical Teams. We have a requirement to fill this essential role to support the needs of the Service and clinical teams as soon as possible.

Our HUB is expanding rapidly and it is really exciting times to help develop the role and the Team working within Admin Services at BDCFT.

Main duties of the job

The Coordinator role will provide an efficient, effective and high-quality administrative support to health and social care professionals and service within a community based or district wide team.

To support the management team with service delivery and leading on service wide coordination, including performance reporting and system analysis. Support withservice improvements, administration and site coordination, health and safety and service quality standards, working toward trust targets, values, strategic objectives and business planning.

The role will report to the Clinical Administration Service who have overall responsibility for this administration function under the remit of the ClinicalAdministration Service guidance, Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating procedures.
