Job summary
This is an exciting and ambitious partnership role working across the children's system (health, education, care, VCSE) to refine, develop, complete and embed the Talking Bradford pathway.
The role is a 1-year fixed term contract from commencement in the first instance.
The role will involve taking a lead on behalf of the system working with partners and stakeholders to deliver high quality talking environments that make up the Talking Bradford Pathway, creating a preventative, integrated, evidence based and sustainable offer for children, young people and families.

Main duties of the job
The role requires specialist knowledge, passion and experience of working within the Early Years, understanding the challenges and opportunities of working in the Bradford system and prior knowledge and understanding of the Talking Bradford Pathway and the earliest speech language and communication offers to our children and families.
