An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, experienced administrators to join our friendly and supportive admin team as part of the Talking Therapies Service at Bradford District Care Foundation Trust.
The post will involve providing admin support to supportclinicians in the delivery of care to the communities of Bradford, Airedale and Craven who require support for mild to moderate mental health conditions.
The main duties of the role will involve handling telephone and email enquiries from service users and professionals and the management of our waiting lists.
The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to work. Excellent IT and typing skills and anawareness of confidential issues is essential.

Main duties of the job
You will need to demonstrate good organisational skills, work well within a team yet also be able to work independently. Goodinterpersonal skills and to be committed to providing a high standard of service.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills; in particular the use of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. The successful candidate would benefit from experience in managing competing priorities and conflicting demands.
Good communication skills are essential. The post holder will be able to build stronginternal relationships with the clinical teams we support and other colleagues.
