Job summary
The successful applicant will work as a band 5 staff nurse within our Tissue Viability Team covering the geographical area of Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale, Craven, settle and Bentham.
The role will involve working in a clinic setting for both Tissue Viability and other community services, and will also involve visiting patients within their own homes.
The role will include assessing new wounds referred by primary care, sign posting, commencing optimum treatment plans and working in collaboration with senior members of the Tissue Viability Team and MDT colleagues.
The successful applicant with also provide advice/support and education to colleagues/staff, patients and carers.

Main duties of the job
