Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Dementia Assessment Unit for Bradford District andCraven delivering inpatient services to people with a dementia diagnosis in crisis. Bradford DistrictCare NHS Foundation Trust provide specialist inpatient services to people living with Dementia withinour borders providing holistic assessment and treatment intervention.
We are looking for kind, enthusiastic, caring, compassionate, and motivated people who really wantto make a difference to people's lives, and who can also help us realise our ambitions to serve thepeople living across Bradford district and Craven, so that they can access high quality, specialisedcare as close to home as possible.
We are recruiting for a Band 3 Senior Health Care Support Worker available at the Bradford site.
