Main duties of the job
- As part of the customer service team, you'll provide exceptional service to NHS staff, patients, and visitors, ensuring they can access the information they need.
- You'll assist librarians with a wide range of library duties, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of library operations.
- You'll play a key role in promoting library services and resources, raising awareness within the NHS Trust and encouraging their use.
- You'll oversee the health promotion reclassification project, ensuring the library's collection on this topic is organized and up-to-date.
