Job summary
This is a varied and challenging post, suited to an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively, with strong organisational skills. You will need to be confident, dedicated and a highly motivated person with drive and commitment. You will work autonomously, using your own initiative and be skilled in developing and maintaining workplace relationships and systems. Your aim will be to provide high quality specialist administrative support to a team of clinical staff in our fast-growing highly congenial workplace.
The role includes some travelling, flexibility, home working, with some office working opportunities.

Main duties of the job
The Specialist Administration Coordinator will manage their defined areas within the MHST and will be responsible for prioritising and organising their workload, to ensure the effective running of the team and effective communication structures are implemented. They will ensure that processes and procedures comply with legislation requirements and meet service performance and quality standards within the stipulated time frames.
